[mythtv-users] Capture cards change Dev numbers on reboot

you could try two different solutions ... 1st stupid and simple, 2nd
smarter but little bit complicated. I would use 2nd.

1. blacklist ivtv and pchdtv modules. modprobe ivtv before pchdtv
2. use udev and make a rule
