Select a recording in Watch Recordings, right arrow to bring up the  
menu, choose Job Options, then choose the job you want to run.  
Transcode, Commercial flagging and your user-defined jobs will be  
there. You can also run user jobs from mythweb if you're running  
something recent from SVN.
