I've never had problems getting them to process returns, oddly. But
I don't buy RAM mail order, period. There are too many variations;
it's too easy to end up with the wrong thing. I only buy it from
local outlets where I can swap it over-the-counter for something else
if it doesn't fit. And I always test after installing, because I've
gotten RAM that was bad right out of the box.
