Interestingly enough, I'm seeing the exact same thing, but with OTA HD 
with my HDHomeRun. I noticed that on my backend and frontend there were 
a number of these today:

Oct 22 21:37:48  kernel: skge eth0: Link is down.
Oct 22 21:37:56  kernel: skge eth0: Link is up at 1000 Mbps, full 
duplex, flow control tx and rx

I moved the ethernet cables for those two servers to another switch, and 
haven't seen any more of them. Of course, a bunch of recordings are 
already pretty much hosed, not sure what I can do about that...

Anyway, check your network connection, but if this is from QAM on your 
cable line, it probably isn't that.
