As many of you know, I have been working with insight Digital cable here in
Northern KY to determine why some MythTV users cannot view certain digital
channels via the firewire connection despite the channels NOT being 5C
encrypted.

As it turns out, the answer is due to the "CCI bit" being turned on for
those channels. The purpose of said bit is to prevent the copying of content
from those channels to external devices.

 0x00 => copy freely
 0x01 => no more copies
 0x02 => copy once
 0x03 => copy never
