You might try

Option "NvAGP" "2"

in you xorg.conf.  The problem is that s2ram requires a value of "1" and 
Mythfrontend requires, at least for me, a value of "2".  I would rather 
suspend to ram then use my mythfrontend on my dual headed box.

I too have tearing on dual headed box.
