I just tried this on a whim, because I never had working channel  
icons.  I now have channel icons in MythWeb, but they still don't  
show up in the OSD when I hit 'I' twice during playback.  In  
screenshots other people have posted the channel icon appears next to  
the channel number.  Is there something I need to do to enable this  
in mythfrontend?  I'm running 20.2-fixes.
