If other TMS customers have it, we should too.  If  SD doesn't have it, 
we need to open a ticket with Tribune on it and I would expect it to be 
fixed quickly.

If Gemstar has it and TMS customers don't, we should also open a ticket 
with Tribune and hope.

If Gemstar and TMS don't have the data, there isn't much point in 
opening a ticket. (The Daily Show problem comes to mind)
