[mythtv-users] help wanted to solve: system dead when I choose "Informaiton Center"->"Phone"

Have you set the myth phone up? From the main menu -> setup -> phone.

I've had it hang on me when I try and use it before it is setup.

BTW Linux probably hasn't hung it will just be the frontend. If it
happens again try pressing Crtl-Alt-Backspace this will reset the X
server and you can either powerdown or login again.
