Yeah, I figured that was probably what it was. So given that I've got 
perfect display fidelity on playback (I'm using a TV, but it's an LCD 
connected by DVI, so it's behaving like a monitor), is it possible have 
either myth or ivtv adjust for the overscan at recording time, rather 
than recording it and then trimming it off at playback time?
