[mythtv-users] Unlisted Recordings.

I had a MythTV failure here a month ago, and had to reinstall.
I now notice that looking at /mnt/video that I have a lot of 
recordings that dont exist in the 'Recording Index' under
    Media Library->Watch Recordings

Is there any way to recover these titles, or is my only option
to just start deleting things that are older than the first date
in the above Index?
