Indeed this box is checked, but shouldn't it be? But the explanation of
this box says; mythwelcome will start FE if it is determined that it was
not started to record a program.
But it is started to record a program.

On top of that, now that I start mythwelcome I don't have any myth-screen anymore on my desktop after an auto-startup.
