[mythtv-users] mythcommflag generate cut list during first run

I've decided my commercial detection is sufficiently accurate to start
actually removing the commercials from the mpeg files. Currently I have
autocommflag, autotranscode (lossless mpeg2 -> mpeg2 setup) and userjob1
(set to run mythcommflag --gencutlist) running automatically. This works
quite well for removing commercials, but only if userjob1 is run before
autotranscode, but I can't seem to change the order.
I also tried changing the commercial flagging command from just
"mythcommflag" to "mythcommflag --gencutlist" but this cause
autocommflagging to exit immediately.

Is it possible to generate the cutlist while commflag is actually finding
the commercials or does it have to be done separately? Exactly what
options is mythcommflag run with automatically so I could reproduce that
in a script.
