[mythtv-users] Using MythStream on 'classic' UI

Hi,
    Does anybody know how must I do to activate MythStream when using
"classic" menu layout? The only instructions I've read so far make it appear
only when using the "default" layout, which I simply hate...  Is it very
difficult to accomplish? I'm currently using MythTV 0.20.1 from standard
Gentoo portage tree.
