I have the docs on the VFD chip and possibly the processor driving it, 
but not on how they have the usb interface or front panel buttons. The 
processor docs talk about serial data, not usb. The whole assembly is 
called a 'DM-140GINK DEMO' so it seems it is a demo board of some sort. 
I can only find references to DM-140GINK.

I do think we should start emailing them asking for support. They lost 
two customers as far as I can tell and who knows how many potential 
customers.
