[mythtv-users] Lagged audio in DVD rips

Myth folks,

I've noticed that there is lagged audio in some DVD rips.  I imagine it's an artifact of transcode; is there any way to fix it now, or should I try another rip and transcode?

I've tried playing them locally using mplayer and totem and remotely using WMP 10.  Unfortunately I didn't try playing the DVD itself (just brought it home from the library and copied it) sop I don't know if it's the disc itself, though I suspect not.

Any pointers?
