Your first port of call I would say is to post a quick run-down of  
your problems here - chances are someone knows what the case is.

Failing that, I'm guessing that the procedure would be to check that  
no-one's submitted the same issue in -dev or trac. If not, then  
submit a ticket with the details, and then be patient.
