Actually, Mythweb *does* support them.  I just opened up one of my power
searches, and it has a Search phrase field containing the query.  If you
want to create a new power search via Mythweb, just click on the Custom
recording schedules link at the top, and change the search type to Power
Search, and go nuts.

Actually it would be great if you could create custom rules and then apply

It's an interesting idea, actually.  Basically power search templates, but
to the user, they end up looking like additional schedule types.  Maybe
suggest it to the devs. :)

Also the preview for power_search doesn't seem to work when editing the

If you're talking about the preview in mythfrontend, that basically performs
the database query and displays the results.  And it seems to work fine on
my end...

But thanks for this...Is this documented anywhere? I couldn't find it in the
