[mythtv-users] USB IR receiver and TiVO remote

Linux support is not the best, but the USB-UIRT is a pretty good USB IR
blaster/receiver combo, that understands pretty much all
IR remotes.
It supports waking up the PC in response to a programmed IR code too.
