Pretty sure this is the max value from the seektable for the  
recording. If you're getting truncated recordings it's likely there  
was an issue during the seektable build. You could redo that step  
with a command like:

mythcommflag --rebuild --video /path/and/name/of/recorded/program.mpg

Getting the filename can be tricky but it's in the DB's recorded  
table as the basename column. Select that and title and you should be  
able to match things up.
