[mythtv-users] x86 or x64?

I'm building a computer for exclusive use as a Myth Front/Backend
system to live in my entertainment center. I've got all the parts on
order, but I was wondering if there's a functionality difference
between using x86 or x64 versions of Ubuntu with Myth tv.

Basic specs of the equipment:

AMD Athlon 64 3400+ Venice 2.2GHz
with 1GB DDR 400, a 250gb SATA drive

The equipment will handle the 64-bit operating system, but when it
comes to MythTV is there a difference?
