The time-waster is the last figure.
'Delete Recordings' not only can delete an "active recording" (where 
there is a video file) but will also delete the metadata if you tell it 
do so.
You may want to go into 'Delete Recordings' and just remove the junk 
recordings which are listed but which you do not care about. In fact, 
unless you really care about NOT recording something you have watched 
before, you could delete everything but the lines relating to your 
active recordings.
