Correct. 915resolution was a hack to get around stupidities in the i810 
driver, its completely unnecessary with the intel driver.

Dunno, that log doesn't show anything having to do with resolution 
selection... With mine, there are a bunch of modelines DDC presents, listed 
following:

(II) intel(0): Printing DDC gathered Modelines:

Then the modes are validated, and one is selected as the default:

(II) intel(0): Output TMDS-1 using initial mode 1920x1080

You should have some stuff in there relating to why your 1360x768 mode was 
thrown out.
