[mythtv-users] Dell USB IR Remote

I had the same remote/usb ir receiver combo that came with my Dell XPS M170.
It was a total no-go after about 2-weeks of fighting with lirc. The
PVR-150MCE comes with a nice generic remote/usb ir device that works great
for me. I taught my Harmony 890 to use the MCE commands and all is well in
the world. 

*any misssspelling or punchy comments due to reading 582 posts from this
list... straight.

I have a USB remote that came with my Dell Laptop pc about 3 years ago for
use with their media center application.
I used it on a home-built pc, and it seemed to work pretty ok on its own
without the dell hardware/software.

Do you think it would work for a MythTV box at all?
