[mythtv-users] "mpeg2enc is currently broken"

What are the steps to downgrade this package? Seems yum doesn't support 
downgrading packages directly and attempting to just yumdownloader 
mjpegtools-1.9.1-14_cvs20061009.fc6.at then install with rpm -ihv 
reports conflicts with the newer broken package.
