[mythtv-users] Streaming with MythTV

After following the instructions on
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/MythStreamTV, changing config for
ffmpeg options to:

./configure --enable-ffmpeg \
            --enable-libmp3lame --enable-libfaac --enable-zlib \
            --enable-liba52 \
            --enable-libvorbis --enable-libogg --enable-libtheora \
            --enable-debug --enable-gpl --enable-pp

I get the following errors when I start my stream. Does anyone have a
similar problem -- or even better, a solution?

[00000252] stream_out_transcode private error: cannot find encoder ((null))
[00000252] stream_out_transcode private error: cannot create audio chain
