Nope.  The mythbackend in Europe would see the schedule from the
location that the tuner in the USA is in (maybe mythfilldatabase is
involved in this, getting the database from the remote backend) and at
the scheduling layer, would see the other backend as simply a tuner.

Probably my only reason for thinking about this in terms of "tuners" is
that it prevents inventing a whole new function in myth (i.e. to move
recordings from one backend to another) and isolates the needed
functionality to that of a new type of tuner.  Mythbackend already knows
about remote tuners so that part is done.
