[mythtv-users] HD Playback - vide/audio out of sync, dropping frames to catch up or doubling frame rate

Greetings,

When playing back HD content, the fonrtend says the video and audio are 
out of sync, and it's either dropping frames or doubling rate (depending 
on whether ahead or behind) to even it out.

This seems to be happening pretty consistently, and I'm wondering - is 
this a *recording* issue, or a playback issue?  I.E., where should I 
focus my debugging efforts?
