[mythtv-users] TV Screen Scrambled

When an application like xawtv or mythtv uses the tv card it locks it up so 
other apps can't use it. You must completely close down the app to free up 
the tv card. Same goes after using mythtv, you must shutdown mythbackend to 
free up the tv card.

You will find the mode in mythtv-setup in the General area.
