I bought a Samsung SP2514N 250Gb IDE ATA133 drive yesterday and I must 
say it's really quiet. I have it also mounted with rubber dampers (in an 
Antec Fusion case). Besides the low noise, the performance is also good. 
There are many reviews of this drive available on the net.
