[mythtv-users] Whops... deleted stuff... help?

I deleted a lot of recordings, the actual mpg files and the .png
thumbnails... with an rm -rf

It was sorta intentional, during a re-install, seemed like no
choice...  But my database is really screwed up now (of course)

I've tried to go in and delete them with the regular interface
(allowing for re-recording option), and it didn't seem to want to work
right.  I was hoping it would get rid of the database entry, and not
fuss to much over not finding the recording to delete...  But it just
did nothing.

SO, can I somehow get my database fixed without loosing my recording schedules?
