[mythtv-users] Recording coming up as wrong length of time?

My other half just called complaining that she can't skip through one of
the shows she recorded.  From what I can see, the entire show did
record, but when you bring up the progress bar it only displays 5mins
38seconds. as the length of the show.

Now, as she watches it, it does count past the 5:38, but she still can't
skip commercials (the commflagger comes back stating that no breaks were
found).

I checked the db, and all of the tables are ok (nothing marked as
"crashed").

I ran mythcommflag --video <filename> to rebuild the seek table, but
that didn't make any difference..

Any ideas as to what might be out of wack and what I can do to correct it?
