Well, AFAIK the Sky listings are broadcasted un-encrypted (albeit in a 
proprietary format).  The DVB-T info is fine, but I would imagine there 
will be a non-proprietary free-to-air listing broadcast on Astra  28.2 
when the BBC, et al launch the "freesat" service:
