[mythtv-users] Moving the database

I am about to upgrade my mythtv setup and I was wondering if there is a 
way to move the pertinent parts of the database. I'll be installing a 
newer version of Fedora and Myth so I assume I don't want to transfer 
the entire database. I do want it to remember all the programs I have 
recorded. Is there a procedure, written or ad hoc, on how to accomplish 
this?
