You will only get recommendations for channels you can receive :-) I need to
tweak things because currently if you have london.bbc1.bbc.co.uk as your
BBC1 xmltvid* you won't get recommendations from people who have other
regional variations, but that is all server side so once I've got some real
data to play with I can work it on without any users having to do anything.

* You don't need the xmltvid to get recommendations, but it's the most
accurate way of determining which channel you have so it'll use it first, if
present.
