[mythtv-users] I can't connect to mythbackend from remote computer

I am using mythtv 0.20. On my desktop with the tuner card mythbackend and
mythfrontend work together great. On my notebook mythfrontend connects to
mysql on the desktop fine but refuses to connect to mythbackend on the
desktop.
