Thanks Nick. That did the trick:

   libmp4ff.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
   2007-03-13 23:09:33.224 MythPlugin::Init() dlerror:
   2007-03-13 23:09:33.224 Unable to initialize plugin 'mythmusic'.
   2007-03-13 23:09:33.224 Unable to run plugin 'mythmusic': not initialized

Some googling reveals that Ubuntu doesn't have a package for this....so it
is indeed B0rked. After a little googling I did find that someone had
packaged it however:

http://ubuntu.cs.mtsu.edu/packages/multimedia/

Now I just dpkg -i libmp4ff0_2.0.cvs20050401-0.2_i386.deb and away we go!

I'm configuring MythMusic presently.
