Actually mkiconmap.pl  doesn't seem to be in CVN any longer (at least not at
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/browser/trunk/mythtv/contrib )

There is now a master_iconmap directory  says it is the replacement for 
mkiconmap.pl, but it's not clear yet if this can be run with a 0.20 setup
