[mythtv-users] USB-UIRT under FC6 and lirc 0.8.2 ?

Yep, I saw this...

Yep, the device is there...

This is what I get:

[root at mythy ~]# lircd --driver=usb_uirt_raw --nodaemon --device=/dev/ttyUSB0 --output=/dev/lircd
lircd-0.8.2-CVS[8200]: could not open config file '/etc/lircd.conf'
lircd-0.8.2-CVS[8200]: No such file or directory
lircd-0.8.2-CVS[8200]: lircd(userspace) ready

(and I get no shell prompt and no response if I press <enter>)

The problem may seem obvious but I don't see it.  Is it the fact that I don't have a lircd.conf file?  What's supposed to be in it?
