[mythtv-users] Always prescaling theme images on startup

I just wanted to add i see this when a cold boot happens, which is like
never?  Yea it takes a while when i first install myth, to get the GUI to
fit exactly how i want it, and the prescalling takes 30 to 90 seconds to
complete.  Cold boot i see it but it takes maybe 3 seconds, barely see it.
But again how often are you really cold booting?
