[mythtv-users] Stupid me - repopulating the DB

Hi all

I have been installing & reinstalling Myth about 5 times this and on my 
final install I forgot to copy the sql backup I had made. I have all my 
recordings and a backup from 5 days ago, but that one doesn't include 
the newly recorded 5 programs. Is there a way to repopulate the DB with 
those 5 recordings?

I am on Ubuntu Edgy / .20
