Not *other* media, the same media: the URLs are the same. What's
happening is that when mplayer (or vlc, or any other media player)
accesses the URL it somehow knows (probably by the video/x-ms-wvx
mimetype) that the data is supposed to be accessed using the MMS
streaming protocol rather than http.
