Answering my own question for benefit of anyone else whose KWorld
ATSC110 receives digital channels but not analog channels. My problem
was I tried to use the same video source for digital and analog. Once I
created a separate source for analog and a different one for digital,
I was able to scan in both digital and analog channels. Live and learn
