Just "Foo". If you need to add a wildcard in the middle, it's
"%" so "Foo%bar". Wildcards are automatically added to either
end so for your Foo search the sting actually becomes "%Foo%".

Press "M"enu to bring up the popup again then Tab or M again
and click "Record". You'll see "Foo (Keyword Search)" as the
title of the standard recording options page.
