Sorry Mike... In a mood today.  My current setup *seems* to be working at
the moment, but I will take you advice and use a WM for my next rebuild or
if I run into focus problems...

Matt,

Thanks for hanging in there with me ;)  I can generally solve most of my
problems researching on this list and google, but I'm not getting too much
feedback from the logs to begin with.  I was under the impression that I
would get better overall performance with opengl enabled.  I'll look into
the conflicting 4gl libraries.  If all else fails, I'll just stick with QT.
