I found Eskil's patch to use less overhead and be a cleaner
implementation than MythStream, but without the ability to play some
of the more obscure streaming stations that MythStream can play. My
biggest problem with MythStream is it doesn't seem to be able to use
the built in visualizations but its own which ends up eating most of
my Athlon64's CPU power to show me a frequency bar graph. If Eskil
updated his patch to play things like Live365 streams and similar then
I'd say that would be the hands down winner.
