I'd be willing to do that, but heck, if we can (as I've previously
suggested) get the data into a truly human-readable form, we could
probably get news.individual.net to carry the
hierarchy. news.individual.net costs EUR10 a year and is a
super-reliable server for text Usenet groups in general.
