I've got a PVR-USB2, as well, but I've not encountered this particular 
problem. If you don't get a good answer on this list, consider subscribing 
(and posting) to the PVR-USB2 list; for information, see:

The PVR-USB2 driver's developer, Mike Isely, runs that list and is quite 
helpful. He subscribes here (or at least did a while ago), but he might not 
see your post amidst all the others.
