[mythtv-users] backend ip for frontend only setup

Thanks. For some reason I was convinced that this setting must be in the
frontend
not the backend and I was looking for mythtv-setup on the frontend! But,
frontend
needs only the database host address. Since the database stores the
backend ip address
there is no need to set this parameter on the frontend.
