Actually you're not. If you were you wouldn't keep citing examples and
metaphores that don't even remotely apply. So far: you've tried to
compare a for-profit to a charity, assumed an entire industry would
embrace an idea they already know is unprofitable, and now below you
presume that someone who makes his living predicting technology and
sociological trends cannot see past the next 90 days (also wrong, as I
said "60 days".)

I am also far from dispairing (another straw man argument btw, you're
labelling me as something I'm not in order to knock down the "straw
man" you've built and feel victorious). The truth is, as anyone can
tell by truly reading my original post is that I have no doubt that we
will find a great solution. But it will certainly not be this one.

The problem isn't that this change is "too large" (I subliminal
assertion that I am incapable of comprehending the majesty of your
plan I guess). The problem is that it won't work. The only large thing
about it is how large an error there is in the assumptions of the
human element.
